First priority for 51ÉçÇø is rescue and recovery of the victims, which often requires 51ÉçÇø's engineering knowledge for stabilization and extraction. Next, we evaluate the accident area and unsafe conditions, such as unstable debris or dangerous materials, addressing these so investigation and site clearing can begin. We determine possible causes as well as additional hazards related to similar site conditions and recommend implementation of appropriate repairs.

Preserving key evidence is critical

A critical aspect of 51ÉçÇø's response is the preservation of key evidence, which enables our consultants to continue investigating accidents after construction has resumed. Our preservation activities include photographic and or photogrammetric site documentation and securing materials or components involved in the accident for lab testing.
